I have been charged monthly for a service I have not gotten and when asked to cancel service they said no problem and then charge me again and then when I asl why they say they don't have to cancel till it has been a year. What kind of business charges for doing nothing then says you can't cancel when you haven't received any service.Business response

a sales team representative contacted the business and conned us into buying a service that will be of no benefit to us. I contacted them and refused to provide financial information. I also made the accounting and financing department aware of our wishes to not move forward with them ever. I do Not feel comfortable conducting business with themBusiness response

on 10\23\2021 I started to use ATI, after a year I stated I wanted to cancel. they promised me that I could double my income with their help, that didn't happen. stated in the contract that after 12 months of the program i may cancel the program with "no red tape". To date they are still taking 1693.00 from me per month. please help.Business response

ATI disputes the complaintant's claim regarding "promised to double his income". The agreement clearly states double his investment. In the first 12 mos in the program, the complaintant invested $20,316 with ATI. Through the business' own input of the results on a weekly basis for the first 12 mons, the gross profit of the business increased over $90k, which is more than 4 times his investment. ATI performed as agreed upon and the complaintant wants to terminate an agreement without cause.
ATI is in the business of helping business owners improve their business and profitability. However, in the interest of getting to a resolution despite the incorrect informtion being shared as a part of this complaintant, ATI is actively working with the complaintant to achieve a mutually-acceptable resolution.

I am rejecting this response because:Im not sure where ATI is getting the numbers to compare. This is my same totals as the prior years. they are comparing this to my "monthly" fee to them compaired to my "income that always changes depending on how many wrecks we get." it says on the contract if Im NOT 100% SATISFIED I CAN CANCEL WITH NO RED TAPE!!!!. The bottom line is I'm not satisfied. I have multiple Emails to them stating this.

This shady outfit relentlessly sends me scam / spam emails. I have never done business with this scammer nor would I ever consider doing business with a scammer / spammer. I want them to stop spamming me immediately or sooner. I want them to delete my email info and never send me any unsolicited scam requests ever again. I have no idea how a shady outfit like this obtained my contact info, but apparently they are not legitimate because if they were, they wouldn't need to use shady tactics like this.Business response

ATI has also executed this option on behalf of the compliant so no future emails will be received from ATI. ATI offers an "opt out" process for anyone that may receive an email or information they would prefer to not receive again or in the future. I think the word they meant to use was complainant but they used the word compliant. They are trying to use big words but are not so good at it. While this shady business does indeed have an "unsubscribe" link in their spam messages, I will not ever click on an "unsubscribe" link in a spam message that I never subscribed to in the first place.Initial Complaint

I am receiving unwanted spam messages from this outfit. They have an unsubscribe link in their spam emails, but I never subscribed to any kind of shady spammer if the first place. I will not click "unsubscribe" links in spam emails that I never subscribed to, that is usually a scammer trick to learn that they now have a valid email address. Any "company" that sends out unsolicited spam, is shady and no one with any sense would reply or do business with them. I want my email address removed from their spam list and I want these spammers to never contact me ever again for eternity.Business response

We signed an agreement with Ati in 2019 and it has been far short of what they promised. The policies they have you put in place cost us many customers and reputation. We had many customers that were upset with us and ultimately never returned to our business. Ati response was "those aren't the customers you want anyways". All we are asking for is to be removed from our contract and not continue to have to pay for the services we don't use anymore. Not a unreasonable request. We have email ati on serval occasions and gotten no where.Business response

We made a contractual agreement with ATI in June 2019. We were promised a huge increase in profits if we followed their program. We began doing just that with no better results. The coach was of no help and to get to any classes they offered, cost extra money. Then Covid came into play and all in person services were shut down. We, as many businesses, continued to lose money but were still paying $1500 monthly to ATI. To date we are almost in bankruptcy so all we would like is to be released from the contract. No monies returned. Lesson learned. We have paid in $47,942.08. We have 16mths left $23,971.04. We've called and sent letters to ATI but their response is that they can not terminate a contract. However we've seen online that they can. We just want out. Any help you can give us in this matter would be appreciated.Business response
