      We got a 2 ton air conditioner (******) installed by this company in June 2023. AC did not wrok well, and we were unsure what was wrong, and we had a concern that the AC that they installed was defective. We called ************* with whom we had service contract. They told us it is leaking. So, we called SuperTech HVAC. The technician (Steve) initially said there was no leak. He said that the techinicians who installed the AC (their own company) did not fill adequate (filled only half) freezing agent. We insisted that they called the ************* technician who diagnosed the leak. Steve tried to argue with the *************, but ************* insisted that it was an obvious leak. Then suddenly, Steve identified the leak and said it will take 2-3 hours to fix it and refill. In 15 minutes (literally), he said he fixed the leak (perhaps glued it). We were not sure of them, and I called Steve multiple times (their office and the supervisor) to find out how they sealed the leak. No reponse from them so far, more than 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for a response. Beware of this company and their technicians. They do not know the meaning of 'professional'.

      We have 2 a/c units. They worked on the wrong a/c unit. The unit that they put freon in was not even a problem. They stated they would charge $88 to come and and look over our unit. It seems to me that is a ploy to come out and state you have a problem and charge you for something that is not wrong.
