    I was rear-ended on the Beltway in early November. The other driver's insurance, ***********, took responsibility on Claim # *************. Collision concierge picked up the vehicle from my home and took it tp their Hereford, Maryland facility. *********** sent an adjuster to the facility and a price was agreed upon and was subsequently paid by ***********. Hereford then stated that they were sending a Final Supplement Request for additional parts and labor on 11/30. *********** states they did not receive this till December 1. My car had already been in the shop approximately three weeks. They said they sent this to the Case Manager upon receipt and this is the last we have heard. We have a car coming off lease in a month, and need to get our other car back, plus we feel this is taking too long. any help you can give would be appreciated.
