Please Help, May 2, 2021, I signed a contract with Curtis ****** to have my garage rebuilt after a fire on April 16, 2021. Due to Covid and incompetence at Freedom Mortgage, I finally got my insurance money released. July 1, 2021 I met with Curtis ****** at the PNC in Hampstead and signed The whole check over to him. He had worked with my brother, my brother referred him to me and he is a distant relative along with being local. He had been pressuring me for the money because supposedly he had already purchased all materials for the job. I never saw a permit and I still have no garage. I filed a complaint with HIC and they approved the complaint for me to receive insurance. I also took Curtis ****** to District Court. After court, HIC said they couldn't release the funds because Curtis ****** and I didn't go to arbitration. After he was a no show with my money, my brother and I couldn't get ahold of him, I filed a law suit. And the Judge called What I am asking for is to schedule an arbitration so HIC will release the money. I have included with this e-mail copies of Original Contract HIC Complaint Court dates along with final Judgement of Restitution 2 Letters from HIC P.S. The Judge gave Curtis ****** from May 27, 2022 to July 29, 2022 to come up with as much money as he could. He called in sick to Court on July 29, 2022 and the Judge called him from the stand and told him to put a mask on and get in there. He stopped on the way and picked up 2 money orders, one for $1,000 and one for $100. I have not received any money since and he has broken his parole. Contractor is, Curtis ****** ****** CSBC, LLC ****** **** *** ****** ********** *** ***** ************ *****************
