      TruHome Exteriors is remarkable and provided outstanding customer service! My home suffered storm damage during a recent storm. With the age of the roof and damages sustained, I decided to replace the roof. After speaking with 5 companies obtained from the BBB list, I chose TruHome Exteriors to complete the job. Truman was very proactive and walked me thru what to expect from start to finish, answering every vexing question that I had. The invoices were simple and easy to read. They are very knowledgeable about the product which eased my mind even more. His staff was very customer service oriented and personable, Scottie informed me of what was happening throughout the process and what to expect next from TruHome - confirming everything initially told me by Truman. I was very pleased with the concern for my property (outdoor plants, etc.) the cleanup process and the post cleanup (TruHome came through after checking for nails and any additional debris that may have been missed). I am very pleased with the knowledge, quality of work, and communications received from TruHome. I would strongly recommend TruHome Exteriors for your roofing needs.

      TruHome went the extra mile to not only get our roof & sheathing up to code but also worked closely with our insurance company to cover the full cost of the replacement. Truman & Scottie were always very professional & easy to work with. Our roof is beautiful & we have TruHome to thank for that. Great customer service! Quality materials!
