      This is the worst HOA ever. They raise fees keep taking your auto pay and then try to send you to collections and take your home for their own yearly profit margin. Stay away from Aspen and all it’s employees. They are rude pretentious and entitled. The manager complained I wasn’t nice to him. I didn’t know it was my job to feed his ego. I didn’t know I had to be nice to people who rip you off. I am disgusted. I am a single mom battling my HOA not to take my house. As if we don’t have enough **** artists in this world.
