    I hired ****** Septic Service to dig a second septic ***** field off of our existing septic one. ***** County requires a perk test be done before the digging for the drain. The perk test was completed March 2022 and I paid him for the complete job Feb 2022. I scheduled the dig with **** several times and either he didn't show up or when I called him back he had one excuse after another why he didn't do the job yet. At one point he told me that his wife spent the money I paid him for the job and didn't have the money for materials. I have asked for my money back and he said I will do the job. I was told last week that the job would be done this week, 9 Jan 23. He said he would call Miss Utility to mark the wires in the ground 1/9, have rock delivered on 1/10 and the job will be done on 1/12. None of this happened and now he is not answering his phone. I want my money back so I can hire another company to get the job done.
