    Pd $60 for Exam on 4/24/23. Pd $596 for 1 pair of progressive glasses, with Levin’s recommended tinting on 5/24/23. Received Glasses on 6/13/23 (20 days from payment). I immediately knew I could not use for driving, seeing computer, or watching tv. Informed Levin during 6/28 appt that glasses did not improve vision. Employee said that she thought the glasses had multiple colors (blue and brown) for tinting which she said was unusual. Employee at desk said that she would have had a wider field of vision for bottom of lens so I could read easier. Her recommendation was to spend an additional $161 to get changes to lenses so the field of vision for reading is wider. She said that she would have made them with a normal rise of 18mm, and not 17MM as my glasses were made. Hard to understand how an additional 1MM of rise would make glasses more useful. I basically spent $600 for glasses that I cannot use. No customer service offering correction without additional spending.
