    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their dishonesty, greed, and lack of decency has caused my family of 6 to be without a dryer for 6 weeks. Now we are waiting to go through the entire warranty process with another company. Here's the story... We submitted a warranty claim at 10:15 a.m. on August 27 through LG after the drum on our LG dryer cracked while it was under warranty. Later that morning -at 11:42 a.m.,- we were contacted by A-1 Appliance Repair. They scheduled an appointment for September 11. At the appointment, the technician Brian confirmed that we needed a new drum and ordered one, saying it would take 10 business days to arrive. After waiting 13 business days, I called A-1 Appliance Repair. They said the ticket was cancelled by LG on September 13 with no explanation. After contacting LG, I was sent the documentation they received from Brian at A-1 Repair on August 28 - the day after A-1 Appliance Repair originally contacted me! REMOVED PANEL AND DRUM. REINSTALLED DRUM ROLLERS AND DRUM. REINSTALLED PANEL. NO FURTHER ISSUES AT THIS TIME. After talking to several people at LG, it appears that Brian never ordered the part on September 11. In fact, he submitted a completed job ticket to LG on August 28 - two weeks before he even looked at the dryer and one day after setting up the appointment! I don't have any more time to uncover the depths of their dishonesty and the scam they are running. I was told they are probably submitting completed repair tickets to LG and then dragging out the process with the customer until the check clears. My only advice is to NOT USE THEM
