    Purchased a sofa 7/24/24 for $1714 charged to my **** The owner forgot to include the love seat, I called back and purchased it on my card the day before delivery.The sofa was too big to come through the hall to the living area and I did not want to pay more money to have it delivered over the railing of my patio. The love seat was not on the truck after I called and paid for it.After the furniture was returned, I asked for my money back, the owner said I could only get store credit and I told him I wasnt sure when I would get back to OC. I had a lot going on from water damage and I never had a time I could get back to OC until yesterday, March 27. There were Out of Business signs on both the warehouse and the store. No one knows what happened but I am sick because I have lost $2,714 for a sofa sleeper and a love seat that I never received. ****** ******* is the gentleman who is owner. I so hope you can help me find a resolution to my problem.

    I purchased a chair on February 22, 2025 and paid with charge card. I was told by ****** it would take 3 weeks to receive the item. I called him but phone did not work. I went to the store and it was closed, all the windows were covered with paper and furniture was sitting in the parking lot. The advertisement in the phone book said store permitily closed. I went to their warehouse and there were mattresses , couches , bed headboards sitting out in the rain. The man will not contact me and I want my money back. This is not how you treat customers.

    Place order for 4 piece bedroom set. Received 3 of the 4 pieces. 4-20-24. Gave me a differ piece that didnt match the other 3 pieces. Three different times I was told they would switch out the 4th piece. Once in May. The next time was on June 7th. We confirmed it was going to be delivered never called never delivered. Went to store at 4pm it wasnt in stock. Said2-3 weeks. I have his text. On the 28th I called he said truck coming in a week. Called week later they said next week truck is coming in. Called on July 8th said they could deliver on 7-20. Confirmed this on 7-19. On 7-20 they called at 2pm and said it would be a little after 5pm. At 6pm they called and said it would be in about an hour. At 8:30 I called and they said it wouldnt be tonight. I feel I have been a victim of bait and switch. I do not believe I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for. ****** is a co man and dont believe anything he says. He keeps saying I have been in business over 28 years and blah blah blah. I dont have what I ordered and paid for. I will also be going to consumer protection with the *************************** Let me know if you need anything else

    On 7-21 they delivered the attached photos show. It looks like a 3 year old painted a white one. The color doesnt match, the finish doesnt match. 

    the bill was for $1,936.
