Strong Smiles, Odenton Shopping Center, had an appeal that was originally denied in October 2023, due to Bus Mgt, Jessie's unprofessional behavior. Found out on this date, 6/12/24 that, Denial was REVERSED and Strong Smiles was issued a $561 refund for me that was cashed BUT was never returned to me, nor notified me re this refund via, phone call, text, email NOTHING. Found out about this refund on this date and called and confronted Jessie, Bus Mgr and she confirmed that a refund was issued in Oct 2023 BUT she never contacted me re this money and has kept this money without notifying/refunding me AT ALL all this time, 8 MONTHS..... Stated she would send me a check now that I was aware of it, would take 6 weeks. Am astounded at this update of events, withholding refund, no notification, (could have sent me a letter, email/TEXT NOTHING.) This is blatant theft and would have never known except I called *******, due to another issue and was told about refund. STONG SMILES ODENTON SHOPPING CENTER am having this office investigated for THEFT , DO NOT UTILIZE THIS Dental Office. When I stopped in today and asked to speak to her supervisor, was told that she would call police, dial 911 if I "acted out" and WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR AT ALL. Am trying to figure out who else I can contact in addition to *******. If anyone is aware of who I can contact so that this never happens again, please let me know. Thank you Just wanted to update, the charge will be Insurance Fraud, not theft unless it’s found that she kept the $ herself, which I, at this point would not be surprised after i found out that jessie ******, business manager, received a refund for me/denial reversed of $561.00 on 10/13/23, and she did not forward that money to me,
