I had a technician come out in September for a 60.00 diagnostic visit. Sept 28. They informed me I needed a fan switch and the quote. On Oct 16, they came out and replaced the part. It was 785.00 he said it was fixed and I needed one other part to monitor the heat levels. The fan should work regardless. It's used for my heat and a.c. I didn't need the heater because it's been warm and when I did attempt to use it, the fan still won't work correctly and he left a wire just loose, not hooked up to anything, it was arcing and could have caused a fire!!!! Upon calling to ask why it still won't work as the other part has nothing to do with it, the owner yelling, screamed, called me names, called me cheap and hung up on me. I read other reviews and I am certain I was scammed, the part they replaced was 130.00 online and it took him 30 mins to replace.... I paid almost 800.

I had a different company come out yesterday, turns out the guy at jj heating and cooling, wired it up wrong and left things unplugged which was arcing on the board, so they could've caused a house fire or explosion. I had to pay another 200.00 to have someone fix their mistakes

This complaint is completely false. We replaced the Control board on October 16th, which we were paid for. At the same visit, the technician told the homeowner that  he also needed a limit switch. We provided an estimate on October 17th, and he never returned our multiple phone calls.

    No refund will be given.
