I see Amerisoultions on my credit report but i don’t understand where it’s from. I don’t have any new credit card debt or anything like that. If this is medically related i would like it removed from my credit report as it is illegal for medical to be reported via HIPPA laws

Hey it needs to be noted that I am not liable for this debt with Aerifinancial Solutions LLC. I have never had a contract with Amerifinancial Solutions LLC- I requested to be sent a copy of the original contract,; but they have failed to do so.

Account #******XX I have requested several times that AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTIONS provide proof of alleged items. I request to be provided with specifically the original application, contract, note, or another instrument bearing my signature. I request validation under 15 U.S. Code § 1692g - Validation of debts. If information is not provided or the false reporting isn’t removed; as in ****** ** ***** ***** ****., No. 95-6445 (C.D.Cal. Nov. 14,1995), you may be liable for your willful non-compliance .In addition, any the contract signed between AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTIONS & the original creditor, notarized and sworn under penalty and perjury for AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTIONS ability to collect this alleged debt. AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTIONS is falsely reporting on my credit as a creditor and per FCRA they are not a creditor of mine. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1692e. False or misleading representations; AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTIONS is in violation. I have submitted a claim to the FTC as well as CFPB and attorney general for your willful noncompliance. Please remove it now. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1692e. False or misleading representations A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section. Provide proof of this alleged item, specifically the original application, contract, note, or other instrument bearing my signature. Failing that, the items must be deleted from the report as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because: Great you just admitted that you are not a creditor of mines. Therefore, you have no right to report as a creditor on my credit report. You are breaking 15 U.S. Code § 1692e. False or misleading representations, as only creditors can report to credit reports. You admitted per last response that you aren't a creditor of mine and have not provided any validating documents that I previously requested and also breaking 15 U.S. Code § 1692g. Validation of debts. As in ****** ** ***** ***** ****., No. 95-6445 (C.D.Cal. Nov. 14,1995), you are liable for your willful non-compliance. This is my SECOND documented request from BBB asking you to provide any the contract signed between YOU DEBT COLLECTOR & the original creditor, notarized and sworn under penalty and perjury for YOU DEBT COLLECTOR. ability to collect this alleged debt. You obviously ignored my first request which is documented and has been sent to FTC and CFPB for willful noncompliance. You are taking advantage of consumers and this isnt right. Please remove yourself from reporting from my credit report.

This company is furnishing inaccurate information on my consumer report. I mailed over night a dispute to the address listed on my credit report and this item has been in transit since the 27th of September 2023.

Unless the document requested as stated on the dispute letter is being sent I request that Amerifinancial Solutions LLC cease and desist any and all collections activities. I am requesting proof that: I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt; the date of the alleged medical service; the name of the patient; and the proof that there is some contractual obligation which is binding me to pay this debt. Please also attach copies of any agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he or she agreed to pay the creditor, and, as this is a medical account, a copy of any HIPAA authorization.
