I am rejecting this response because: Amerifinancial has failed to prove me that I actually even visited the facility to which they claim I am responsible for the payment. I have never ever received any mail or information about such payment. They need to tell me where and when I acquire this debt. Otherwise, they must remove it from my credit report.

I honestly dont get why AMERISOL is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails over the past week in an effort to resolve an alleged $936 debt that Amerifinancial Solutions claims is in collections under my name. Despite our persistent efforts, we have received little to no help or transparency regarding this issue.Throughout my communications with Amerifinancial, I have encountered a troubling lack of cooperation. Representatives have provided false or inconsistent names, and when we asked to speak with a supervisor or account manager responsible for our case, we were repeatedly refused. We also promptly provided a copy of my insurance card via email at your teams request, yet we never received any confirmation that it was received.This alleged debt should be covered in full by my health insurance provider, which has already confirmed its readiness to pay the $936. However, neither Amerifinancial Solutions nor the original billing entity (Doctor Payment) has cooperated to resolve the balance or remove the account from collections. Instead of assistance, we have been met with delay and jumping through hoops. We find this lack of response and accountability completely unacceptable. Meanwhile, a derogatory **** for this collection account remains on my credit report. I do not owe this debt out-of-pocket, and we consider the continued presence of this derogatory **** to be wrongful and damaging to our credit.We request that Amerifinancial Solutions take the following actions immediately: Confirm whether your office has received the copy of my insurance card that we provided, and that it is being used to process the claim.Provide an accountable contact: Supply the full name and direct contact information (phone number and email) of the account manager or individual at Amerifinancial Solutions who is responsible for handling this case.Remove the wrongful credit **** on my credit report ****** ****** Phone: ************ Email: **********************Business Response
