    This office is unprofessional. I paid for 3 teeth to get done and found out they didn't even have cavities. They ended up fixing 2 different teeth and when I complained about my extra money spent, they went on lunch break and said they'll call me. By the way, they never called. This office should be closed.

    This dental practice should practice better customer service. They are not responsible to even be in business. I had some work done over a year ago and to this day, it is still not completed. I have email them, sent letters to them and called them leaving voice mails that have never been responded to. I had partial plates done, one was adjusted but the other one never has been. I am not able to use them because they are still very uncomfortable and the adjustment needs to be completed. I was told that the dentist who did the work had left and gone to Pennsylvania, but would be in the office. I was also told that when he came into the office, I would be notified to come in and have my work completed. That was several months ago. To date, I have not heard anything from him. I applied for a credit card to go along with my insurance to pay for the work. I am paying the credit card so my credit will not be effected but am not able to use my teeth. This company is a poor excuse for any sort of dentistry. I am angry and disappointed it seems that I am being ignored in all of my communications.

    I had my teeth extracted before the COVID lockdown. My bill for permanent dentures has been paid in full. I have tried scheduling an appointment to be fitted for the paid for permanent dentures several times. Yesterday, I physically went to the facility and was told my file couldn't be found in the new system and that I would receive a call back later in the day. No as has been the case with the innumerous messages I have left, no one called back. The process initially was a nightmare and it would seem is going to continue to be. The initial doctor "talked me out of repair" insisting that dentures would be the way to go. The temporary denture was a nightmare and I had to go back 4 times to have teeth made that resembled human teeth and not those of a horse. Aspen received my payments and yet, I have not received the permanent dentures. I figured a review before proceeding to the assistance of an attorney, might "jar' someone into at least returning a phone call and setting an expedient appointment.
