      Was a regular customer. I found a necklace priced $15 in the jewelry displayed on the counter. I set it in my pile as i was buying other things. Employee asked me if it was gold from halfway across the room and then walked over and took it from me because i was honest. Employee looks over necklace and pulls out acid test to test it. Employee then called the owner to have her come handle the situation and long story short, they were so incredibly rude and did not sell the item to me. The first abrasive comment out of the owners mouth was "im not legally obligated to sell to you" even though the item was priced $15 and i picked it up off a rack on the counter that was out for sale. I got no apology just attitude. I then offered $50 for the already priced $15 item and again got more attitude as if I was trying to rip off the store. I messaged the store after leaving and explained how the situation made me uncomfortable and how it was wrong but it fell on careless ears as I still got no apology. I tried having the nice employee call me to just discuss what happened and got nothing. I wrote one more message talking about leaving feedback and they blocked me on that platform instead of apologizing. My recommendation to anyone shopping here, if you find a good deal, dont let an employee handle the item and dont let it leave your hands, keep it in your hands and don't let the employee touch it. They might take it from you and treat you extremely rude.
