    I had an LG compressor changed by Heavenly Cool Technician Lamont. He was friendly, on time and easy to work with. If all Technicians are like him, then this is a great company!

    I've taken 5 days off from work, had 3 different technicians out to look at my dishwasher and it's still not fixed. Twice they didn't even bring the parts that had been ordered to make the repair and I had to reschedule my appointment again. The scheduler, Karen, was rude and terse, lacking any discernable customer service skills. Her response to inquiries or issues was often, "Maybe you should try another company." I would not recommend this company to anyone and wish I could rate them zero stars!

    After waiting 6 weeks for my parts to arrive I had an appointment for installation. I was called at 8:22 am that the technician would arrive in about an hour. I empty my refrigerator so the technician wouldn’t have to deal with this. After 3 hours I call and get voicemail again in 4 hours same thing. I call the technician same thing no one answers. Finally at 5 the technician answered I was blown off for another job he was sent to and I didn’t get a phone call from anyone. I sat home all day instead of going to work and getting paid to get blown off by this company. This is a terrible way to treat people. Do yourself a favor find another company!!!! I would rate them a zero.

    I bought a new ** washing machine set from **** ***** in March 11, 2023. I used the washer about 4 times. Went on vacation the 1st week of April 2023. Came back and wanted to wash a thin comforter. The new washer started making a loud weird noise. Contacted **** ***** who said I had 2 darn days to report a problem ( what appliance breaks down in 2 freaking days???) So they couldn't help. I had to contact ** directly. Couldn't reach ** for several days because the calls are clearly bring answered by people not in this country. Finally got someone on the phone. ** said they couldn't honor a replacement they could only send out a repair technician. I was furious because my appliance is brand new and shouldn't need a repair. Agreed to have a service technician come out. Heavenly Cool was contracted to do the work. Upon arrival, the darn technician fell asleep on my laundry room floor. I couldn't believey darn eyes. I thought I was being punked. Called Heavenly Cool main line to file a compliant. The lady who answered the phone apologized but said no other technician was available to replace this guy. The technician finally woke up after his phone kept ringing as if he didn't just fall asleep under the washer. I'm beyond frustrated that these businesses are ok with taking thousands of our hard earned money and when something out of our control happebs they give zero craps about it. We need to stop buying these products until they take customer service seriously. ** is still trying to refuse a replacement. They said I have to have another technician come out. that's not happening. That's pure disrespect of my time and resources. Not happening!! I have this technician on video asleep on my floor. Crazy!! I hope this guy is no longer employeed with Heavenly Cool. Bad for business. And ** better rectify this foolishness soon. My machine still doesn't work.

    I see all the negative reviews however, I did not have the same experience. I have an LG refrigerator that is less than three years old. I called them on mid day Friday 9/16/22 and they were able to actually come to my house with the compressor part that went out as they are an LG warranty repair company, and within a couple of hours my refrigerator was up and running. I could not have asked for better service or a better response. Thank you *******. ***** **
