RUN! I bought a computer for my son’s birthday and on the day we opened it had issues. The keyboard, mouse, and computer were literally dirty and smeared. The product was obviously used and had many signs of wear and tear, literally looked like junk and was embarrassing to say the least. As far as performance goes, it worse! The computer will not go more than a few minutes without the blue screen of death and forcing to reboot anytime you attempt to do literally anything. I reached out to them, and after jerking me around a bit they decide I should send the pc in for warranty, here’s the best part… I have to pay for the shipping! How are these guys in business?! I received a defective product that was disgusting to look at on arrival, it’s unusable, and now it’s my financial responsibility to send it to get “fixed”? If I am spending more money it will be to buy a computer from a reputable dealer, these guys are literally crooks sending broken PCs and hoping people don’t complain enough to get their money back.ViprTech

Hi there, It looks like you had purchased a PC from us back in April of this year and had reached out to our customer service team just a few days ago on July 13 stating you were experiencing a blue-screen error. My team after reviewing your pictures and only a few messages back and forth offered for the computer to come into us for a warranty-provided repair, which would be covered outside of the cost of shipping. You stated you were unhappy with the item and that you had to pay for shipping to send the item to us so we could investigate further to resolve the issue. As the item was shipped 3 months ago, it falls outside of our 30-day full coverage which includes cost(s) of shipping. We do provide all shipping costs of any item at-cost to our customers in an attempt to minimize these shipping costs for warrantied items. We do recommend and suggest customers open and inspect their items upon delivery to check for any issues that may have occurred during shipping, and that so we are able to rectify the situation quickly. I am marking this review two stars because the situation is not entirely this company's fault. I ordered through ****** and they sent me the wrong system very quickly. I can't blame Viprtech entirely as they are using ****** to fulfill these orders from stock that they provide to my understanding. My mistake was going through a small business and following the instructions in the packaging to contact them directly for support. Support was great on the phone and I got a shipping label very quickly, I shipped the rig back to them roughly 3 days after I received it. The return tracking indicated it arrived The following Monday making it one week. They're great with automated emails telling me that my ticket is "Waiting on Replacement" and that it may "take a few days" to be fully completed and through their process. It's been that status for 3 days now. I get that this was probably an ****** thing, but things can be not your fault and still be your responsibility. Now I'm stuck out here without the product I paid for, waiting who knows how long for them to complete the inspection and who knows how long to ship it and who knows how long for it to actually arrive with whatever method they choose to ship it with. It's just a pretty crappy situation. Even with a parent in the hospital, I still took the time between visits to drop my incorrect PC at the *** store as soon as humanly possible. I had scheduled a week off work to take care of some things and enjoy the new system and new system is totally gone from that equation now. Viprtech chose to rely on ****** and it doesn't feel good to me that a customer that ordered your product through an authorized point of sale has to wait for who knows how long because the reseller that they chose to go through screwed up. Just a very disappointing experience, and I truly regret the entire decision to order that PC. I could have ordered a similar rig from any other place and had it by now, correct the first time.ViprTech

Hi *****, Unfortunately the "hold-up" is a result of the item being shipped to us in oversize packaging. We did provide full detailed instructions stating the proper size box, as well as disclaimer that if an item is shipped in oversize packaging we would need to charge for this also stating this would extend our typical turnaround time. As we did send you an invoice, which had been paid, your computer had to be re-entered into our que for processing and your replacement is now packaged with our Inspection and Shipping team to be shipped this afternoon. We do try our best to avoid these situations by providing as much transparency and instruction as possible. We appreciate your feedback, and I hope you enjoy your new pc.Review fromGeoff I

1 starI recently purchased a gaming PC from ViprTech through the ******* ***********, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Straight out of the box, the PC began randomly rebooting every couple of minutes, rendering it completely unusable. Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the issue with ViprTech support, they were unable to provide a solution. Their proposed solution was for me to ship the faulty PC back to them for repair "free of charge". However, as a consumer, I should not be burdened with repairing a brand-new product. I declined their offer and requested a refund instead, which seems fair given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the nightmare didn't end there. ViprTech then went silent for 6 days, ignoring my requests for a refund. It took numerous escalation attempts via the ******* support team before receiving any resolution. After finally obtaining a return label, I was then told it takes at least 2-3 weeks for them to receive the PC which they claim is due to some known logistical issues with the courier service. They will do everything possible to avoid, or delay a refund. In summary, purchasing from ViprTech has been a regrettable decision. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and consider alternative options. Buyer beware.Review fromDylan I

We bought a PC for a birthday gift however it was below on performance for the games that where wanting to used for this pc as well as low frames and having to be reset over and over just to get a game to stop lagging and having issues attempted to contact customer support to return and upgrade to a higher end pc they responded "Unfortunately at this time we do not have the capacity to accept non-defective returns or have a trade-in system in place." which I found the computer it self to be defective on what we where needing it for very disappointed with the customer service and all around quality with this pc. We have taken our business else where and I would warn other to this company. And this same review that I am writing today is the one that I wrote on the Viprtech website and they require there reviews to be approved however mine was denied clearly they try to void out the voices of people whom have issues with there company highly recommend takening your business else whereViprTech

Exceeding the capabilities of the computer and having lag as a result is completely expected and not a defect in the computer for its intended use at the stock part(s) capacity. 4 starsI thought out how I was going to objectively write out this review while keeping my emotions out of it. My journey of buying a computer from Viprtech has been a rollercoaster. For everything I felt they did wrong, they did something right. Initially, when I purchased my PC, I realized I had ordered the wrong one a few moments later. I asked them to cancel my order, and they said they couldn't. They explained that they would be more than happy to switch the computers and charge me the difference but that they didn't have all the parts in stock for the build I wanted. We talked about what items I did want from that build, and they did offer to upgrade those parts that they did have in stock for a more than fair price. They did not charge me labor to switch out the parts. (They finished building my computer before I chose the new parts, so it needed to be rebuilt.) It was ready the same day for me to pick it up. Very quick turnaround time. Some of the parts arrived broken or not working correctly. Viprtech immediately sent replacements. (The only exception to this was the HDD which was very loud and sounded like it's probably not seated. They did not replace this or refund this part. HDD drives are older and do make noise, but they shouldn't be screaming at you.) I'm local, so they also offered to have me bring it in, and they would fix and replace them for me. Being familiar with computers, I was fine doing this myself. The build came advertised on their website with twice as much RAM as it arrived with. They said it was an error on the website but did send me the extra RAM to make up for it. I told them I wanted to update the M2 drive and had purchased a new one to put in. They sent me step-by-step instructions on how to do this, as well as also sending me a new copy of Windows when I forgot to look at the key from the old drive so this one would work immediately.Review fromNancy W

1 starWe ordered a gaming desktop for our daughter and when it arrived it was NOT even setup! All the wires were still zip tied together and wouldnt even power on so we took it to a computer professional and they told us it never passed vyper techs inspection cuz on its stocker is had a ? On it for passing which means something was wrong with the mother board apparently so we sent it back to vyper tech cuz they said it would be replaced or fixed. We finally got it back again and it had brown oil all over inside of it from their packing they put inside of the tower to protect it! So again we messenger them and told them we wanted a refund and we got the reply we are not eligible for a refund but we could send it back to be replaced which is BS if we went thru this 2 times why would you do it for the 3rd time I mean come on it wasn't our fault why it wouldn't work it was ALL VYPER TECH!!! They are the worse people to get a computer from so my advice would look elsewhere cuz u will get screwed over. Long story short we took it back to the same computer professional and he fixed it within the day and we ended up paying $1300.00 instead of $1000.00 for the computer because of VYPER TECH not doing what they are supposed to do and neglecting the ppl that actually pay good money for merchandise! Run fast and do not look back when dealing with these people I ordered a gaming computer from them through ******* website it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th it never came I checked ******* website along with calling customer service viprtech informed ******* that it was sent but in checking ups website it was never sent only label created I emailed viprtech employee jordan several times asking for a refund to get told basically we are so busy we have dates for anyone so basically take people money at the order instead of when it's shipped then give a false delivery date that's non exisistent and refuse a refund when you are responsible for a child's Christmas gift whenever you get a chance to send it is unexceptable luckily after talking to ******* and showing them how deceitful viprtech is they refunded my money I then emailed viprtech along with ******* telling them I don't want it BUT they still sent it so I had to refuse it and cancel my debit card so this fraudulent company couldn't take my money ALSO bringing to ******* attention the many bbb complaints this company has they will be removed from ******* online shopping there company is viprtech do not confuse them with a REAL company called vipertech I'm sure that was intentional as well to get another company business ALSO viprtech even in your answers to other complaints you look bad my hope is you try to combat this complaints so I can take all my emails from you and walmart and expose you even moreViprTech

I believe you are confused about a few things and I want to clarify. We are a 3rd party seller on Walmart, we have no control of when a customer is charged nor do we even receive payment until about a month after a customers order is actually delivered. We do not have any control over the ESTIMATED delivery date that Walmart provides on our listings. This date is only an estimate and is generated based on previous orders delivery time, this date is not a guarantee. That being said, we always try our best to ship orders same or next day so they arrive as soon as possible to our customers. During the holiday season, even with our entire staff working around the clock including weekends, it does take longer to process orders which most customers understand and thus plan the date that they place orders accordingly. I understand it is extremely disappointing when a child's Christmas gift does not arrive in time and we do take that seriously. We are already planning upgrades to our processes so we can do better next year.
I would also like to note that our name has nothing to do with the name of any other companies and we do actually have a trademark on the name.
