Refund from the company Ticketfaster was to have been issued on August 5, 2024 for tickets purchased in April of 2023 for the now cancelled ********* tour. Attached email from vendor states refund was processed, but I never received an email showing refund recieved. My bank did a through check looking for any transaction action or pending transaction from this vendor and nothing was found. I called the company again, and stated my banking institution can find no record of a transaction. They insisted that the money had been refunded. The operator on the phone gave me the last four digits of the card refunded and those numbers do not match the debit card I used to purchase the tickets. I asked to speak with someone higher up to attempt to get some kind of resolution. The operator became agitated and said that no one else could help me, and that she had spoken with the financial office and there was nothing more that could be done, and maybe I had the wrong bank. I told her mama I have been with this banking institution for many years and I only use one bank, and the the numbers on the refund did not match the card the tickets were purchased with. Essentially, she would not help me and declined to give me anyone else to speak with to find a solution to this issue. The operator made it sound like this was all my fault and they had no one higher up to speak with. Clearly somehow the money was sent to someone other than me. I originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster, and somehow ended up trying to get a refund for a cancelled show from this company. Need help. I'd just like to get a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets for ********* on May 24, 2024 and was assured that I could resell or transfer them closer to the event which was this past Sunday Septmber 15th. I called 2-3 times over the past few months to verify this (they have all of the recorded calls) and when the date arrived I could not transfer or resell them.Initial Complaint

I bought tickets to go see a band in March that included lawnchair rental from Ticketmaster, who then gave me confirmation and sold my information to ticket Faster. I have proof from Ticketmaster that I in fact, did buy chair rental and ended up having to purchase it at the venue which I have a receipt for that no one wants to take accountability. For ************ in their verified BS retailer TicketFaster . I purchase tickets to the Madonna ******* for Sunday July 30th 2023 in the ******************. This tour has been postpone indefinitily. I reched out to ticketfaster and they told me that they will not refund my purchase. They say that its because its not canceled only postponed I purchased that specific day and time. I went to ticket master website to purchase Taylor swift tickets. It sent me to ticketfaster which i didn’t notice and have been scammed. Purchase date was 11/15/22 at 2:38 pm for the concert n May 20. The purchase price was for 3 tickets for a total of $3,231.71. I haven’t investigated until now because they said the tickets wouldn’t be ready until May. I received an email on 3/29 saying my tickets have been transferred and would go to the ticket master app which makes no sense since they are different companies. I’ve emailed them several times and they keep sending me to different locations and different sellers to find my tickets. They won’t refund my money. This is a scamInitial Complaint

I searched "Ticketmaster " in google and "ticketfaster " popped out. They named their website so similar to Ticketmaster however they are not the authorized party to sell Black Pink concert tickets. I got fooled and I contacted fidelity credit card customer service immediately. I told them that this website is not authorized to sell black pink concert tickets and I don't feel safe to work with them. But the funny part is the representative from fidelity told me to contact "ticketfaster " even I told them that I don't trust this website and it looks like scams. Ticketfaster 's phone number is not reachable and there is no way that you could speak to a really person. The fidelity took my disputed and stated that they will investigate this transaction, however it's over one month and I don't receive any updates. Meanwhile ticketfaster kept sending me email saying my tickets are ready. It's another lie. There is not tickets available and they are not the authorized party to sell black pick tickets.Business Response

Tickets were purchased on April 30, 2022 @ 8:17am by mobile device. I attempted to order tickets through Shea's Performing Arts website. At some point I must have been diverted to this Ticketfaster website. I attempted to purchase 7 tickets to a show. After reviewing the seating, the website routed me to checkout. When attempting to go back and review that all information was correct, my order was confirmed! I attempted to go back and look at total prices and seating, I'm not certain how the actual order got confirmed before I had the chance of viewing the price. After the order was confirmed that's when I noticed that the price for the tickets was ridiculously high and they had slapped me with a $310.25 service fee on top of a $910.00 fee for the tickets. I immediately made every attempt to call them several times to cancel the order @ the so called customer service number and they never answered the phone even after leaving several messages, no response! I immediately went to my bank in order to stop payment to no avail. They had already put a hold on the money. The bank closed out that card to keep this company from further charging my card and issued me another card. The bank took the time to file a complaint and an investigation after looking up information on Ticketfaster and noticing that there has been several bad reviews and complaints filed against them for this very reason! Unfortunately the bank has denied a request for reimbursement of funds. These tickets from Ticketfaster has never been retrieved by me! After calling Sheas to see if there was any help they could give us to resolve this problem, they told us that this is an ongoing problem with this company and to NEVER purchase tickets through them again, they have had several complaints regarding them and to come down to the box office to purchase tickets directly from Sheas Performing Arts Center in the future. We purchased more tickets and now at a loss of $1,220.25 with Ticketfaster!Initial Complaint

I order concert tickets from this company and I never received my tickets. They will not give me a refund. This company is scamming people.
