    STRAIGHT TRASH-AVOIDS PHONE CALLS-DONT FIX VEHICLES WHEN THEY HAVE ISSUES FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE-CUSTOMERS HAVE TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP IN PERSON TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGERS

    I got a 2015 jeep wrangler returned in within a week because of an engine issue. I asked to be financed with capital one they didn’t listen and financed me with ******** *** *** I placed a down payment of 3000$ they haven’t returned it back to me even though they took their car back and my loan is still active and it’s been over 2 months. They’re extremely unprofessional they yell and continue to make excuses for horrible mistakes and when I try to call/ text they ignore. I need my 3000 back and to close the loan that they opened.

    I am DISAPPOINTED with the way things were handled. 5 times I was asked to come down to Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore and resign the contracts to purchase a 2024 Chevy Equinox. I was given several finance rates from as low as 11.99% to as high as 16.93% and finalizing it at 14.57%. I feel that instead of "we will pay off your vehicle no matter what you owe" they took the negative equity and added it back into the contract. I explained that I was on a Pension and receiving Social Security and did not want to pay over a certain dollar amount and what they do - have me paying double what I paid for my 2020 Chevy Equinox. I tried finding the Owner of the company to vent my frustration to him but could not. So I wrote to several people involved in the handling of the contract and not 1 person has returned my letters. I've even written to the finance company ********* to see if they could be of help - nothing. I wish I NEVER went back to them. This was my worst experience buying a car ever. When asked to come and resign - don't unless the offer is to your benefit.

    I would like to that the BBB for handling my complaint. Without you I don't feel as though I ever would have received a response. It's people like you (looking out for the other person) that help people make better choices.

    Ourisman gave me an estimate of $414 to repair my hood. When the work was completed they charged $690 without my approval for the much higher price. I filled a complaint with the government consumer protection department for assistance in this matter.

    Took my wheel in to have a tire replaced through the ******** warranty that I had purchased when I bought the vehicle. I called the warranty company to check and make sure that they worked with ourisman and ******** assured me that I would have nothing to do other than take my wheel to ourisman and tell them I had the warranty. The service department were told to ordered the tire on Monday, it is now Friday and I still don't have a tire. I called to check on the tire and service advisor Tim hung up on me and then when I called back to talk to service manager Grant, he also hung up on me. I have worked in customer service and the automotive industry before and have NEVER hung up on a customer no matter what they said. It was completely unprofessional and I will advise ANYONE against using ourisman chevrolet for ANYTHING. They asked us today if we could wait until tomorrow, Saturday the 14th...putting a tire on a wheel should take 30 minutes max. This is absolute incompetence.

    OURISMAN IS STRAIGHT TRASH! I took my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to the Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore for service on October 12, 2022. While in their care, one of their employees took my car on a 490-mile joyride. They smoked in my vehicle and then CRASHED it! To add insult to injury, Chris Ourisman terminated my rental and only means of transportation on December 23, 2022, two days before Christmas, leaving me and my 10-year-old daughter stranded for the holidays. Ourisman took my rental without providing a loaner. My vehicle is still under manufacturer's warrantee, I just paid a $700 car payment and car insurance and yet I'm stranded with no means of transportation. Ourisman still has my crashed vehicle on their lot and they began imposing a storage fee as of Monday, December 19, 2022, even though they are the one responsible for crashing it! Every level of leadership within the Ourisman Automotive Group has displayed a total disregard of me as a customer and has shown nothing but unfair and corporate bullying tactics, as you see with the imposition of storage fees on a vehicle that they crashed! They have one person say one thing and they change it up when I request to have it put in writing. The only thing they have committed to put in writing are insulting offers that are not viable options. They have offered to fix my car, which I would NEVER trust them to do anything for me EVER in life! They then offered to pay only $4K towards damages that will be over $8K to fix properly, leaving me to pay the difference. They have said that if they fix it, it doesn't have to be reported as being crashed unless I want to. My vehicle has sustained major damage and this suggestion not to report shows their dishonest business practices. Their last option was to purchase my truck for $1K less what I owe and that I pay the difference and still be without a truck. Ourisman is a horrible company, from the top to the bottom!

    In an effort to assist our valued Ourisman customer, while denying liability for the incident and without any obligation on the part of the customer:
    1. Ourisman provided Mrs. *******s complimentary rental car for 73 days (10/12 thru 12/23)
    2. Ourisman offered to repair the damaged area, pay compensation to Mrs. *******s for diminished insurance value to her
    directly, as well as a full vehicle detail, interior and exterior.
    3. Ourisman offered to give Mrs. *******s a check so she could have the damage repaired at another facility of her choice.
    4. Ourisman offered to purchase her truck outright for its current market value prior to the damage.
    5. Ourisman offered to trade her into a 2023 model, also paying current market value prior to the damage
    While we understand Ms. *******s frustration we believe as a company our offerings for resolution far outweigh what any normal insurance covered offerings would be. We are hoping for a quick resolution under these parameters.

    I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on 09/23/22. I was advised that I need brakes but I declined. On 09/30/22. I had my brakes changed. I was told by the mechanic that the lug nut on three of the tires were loose. On October 12 , I called the Ourisman Chevrolet service department in Baltimore. I spoked to Jermaine Haye. I started to tell him that the lug nuts were loose , he cut me off by saying that I had car service in September and now is October, and if the lug nuts were loose the car would be wobbly, so I said that the tire doesn't have to wobble if the lug nuts were loose. He spoke to me so rudely and condescending. I had to ask him if realized that I am a customer? He said that " well, I will going say this again, if the lug nuts were loose the car would be wobbly, whenever I tried to talk he would talk loudly over me. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked him for his name , he spelled out his name. He acted so nonchalant. I will not be going back there that's for sure. I cannot believe the way and tone that he spoke to me.
