    This roofing company is awful and cheated its customers. I paid them to fix my siding on the top of my roof. It was not fixed correctly but rather it was worse. So, I called them. They sent some guy out who was supposed to be from Park Heights Roofing, he inspected the area and suddenly said it had asbestos. Unfortunately for him, the area was inspected and is made of wood not asbestos and they did not want to fix the job I paid them to repair. They charged me $320 and the area was not secured properly but rather worse and no asbestos as I told the guy. Now it looks terrible and I want a full refund. I had pictures taken of the area prior to it being fixed which I told the guy. I will never recommend them or every use them so buyer beware. I also paid them to remove and replace my Fascia board on the back of my home that was supposed to be wrapped. Well it was not fully wrapped and I had to have someone else finish the job I paid them to do. They charged me $360.00 for that which I want refunded. They can never do work on my home again. BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE AN UNETHICAL ROOFING COMPANY.

    I appreciated the owner reaching out to me to discuss the matter with a fair and equitable resolution. During this process I was allowed to express my concerns with the matter being resolved. It’s not often an owner takes the time to professionally discuss the problem and be willing to look at things from a customer perspective. I do feel Park Heights Roofing earned their BBB rating A+ because of outstanding customer service.
