  I've complain and complain about my issues with leasing office for about a month about this leak and this is how it ended up yesterday all they keep telling me is they will come back and fix it in morning nothing or no one has showed I I pay my rent on time every month now my apartment is a health risk and I already have major health issues

  I visited the Northwest Crossing Leasing office to enquire about renting an apartment. I was advised that there was a $25 non refundable application fee(I didn't mind this as this was the norm). I was also told that upon approval, there would be a $100 fee towards the apartment. It was also expressed to me that this $100 would be refunded if I did not proceed with the apartment, and it would go towards rent if I decided to take the apartment. The application was not approved (pending job offer). When I sent in my job offer letter I was then approved for the apartment, but decided not to move forward. I did not want a 12 month lease and renting the apartment for less that 12 months was way to expensive for me(my monthly rent would've increased by at least $500). I expressed this via email and requested a refund. My email re refund was not acknowledged, so I reached out via telephone and was told that I am not eligible for a refund.
