Such a waste of time. I was contacted by someone through ******** whom told me about their credit forgiveness program and how there wouldn’t be any problem getting a car regardless of credit. Was told that they do down-payment assistance up to $7500. Talked to numerous people over the next couple of days before I went in. Drove an hour to get there just for them not to honor there promotions. Once I get there and put in an application, I’m told that my credit isn’t strong enough to do the “credit forgiveness” program. They promise all these things to get you in, just to waste your time. A lot of their cars are overpriced and have very high mileage, which makes them not even worth it. I went in for a specific vehicle that was shown on their website the night before, but wasn’t there when I went in. It is possible it could have been sold within the first three hours of opening. I still wouldn’t waste my time with this company. They falsely advertise and don’t honor promotions.Review from Christine G

The worse experience ever!! I communicated via text and phone with salesperson who was helpful but did not disclose bottom line costs. I asked him why the price he was giving me was higher than what was on ******** and he said he would match the price. I drove almost 2 hours 3/9/2024 and I was told by the manager that ******** sets their own prices? I asked the salesperson before arriving for the cost and why the car was not on their website and he claims the car was. When we brought our 2 trade-ins, they were trying to give us the lowest price and then did not disclose or include in the price the Mercedes Certified cost and costs to fix the car; when I clearly asked for a bottom line cost before making the long drive there. Then the manager stated the car was 40k when the kelly blue book link text to me from the salesperson showed 34k. The manager when on to say that they are transparent in these extra charges via their website but how can that be when the car in question was not listed on their website. I felt humiliated, mislead, false communication and all they wanted was to get what they could without communicating. I cannot believe what I went through and I buy cars alot through my life and this was the worse experience ever. I see other reviews via other entities that I see now why they are this way. I called to speak with the owner and they kept wanted me to talk to the manager and I left message, no return call. This business is not right and I would honestly suggest reviewing all of the comments/reviews and take your time before traveling almost 2 hours to hear something totally unexpected.Review from Michael V

I was shopping for a car for my daughter, and so I answered to an ad for a 2016 Volkswagen Passat with low mileage from Exclusive Motors. The deal seemed good, so I contacted them. A person by the name of Amy answered to my inquiry and invited us to go and see the car. We drove for an hour. Amy wasn't there, but another girl welcomed us. We sat at her desk while she curiously went through a set of questions that I considered unnecessary. Finally, she went to see her boss, returned 10 minutes later and asked us to go to the lot. While there, she said we could walk around viewing other cars because she didn't know where the car was. At this point, I got impatient and told her that I was not interested in other cars. We needed to see the one that brought us here. Finally, the manager, Joe, came around and also claimed that he didn't know where the car was. A manager doesn't know where his cars are? Strange! After calling someone, he claimed that another salesman had taken the car to another customer's home for viewing. This seemed strange again to me. However, I accepted the apology and was told to come back the following day because the car would definitely be there. Long story short, when I called the following day, I was told that the car had engine lights that needed to be fixed. I never heard from them again. Keep in mind that the first question we were asked was if we were financing with them. When we answered to the negative, they car could not be found! It seemed to me that this is a bait-and-switch operation. They advertise a "good deal" to attract you. Once you are in there, either they will try sell you another car, of have you finance with them. Buyer beware!Review from Allan G

I Contacted Exclusive Motorcars regarding the purchase of a Honda Accord EXL V6. I had a pre-qualification with ***********. I sent Exclusive the financing
Info from Capital one for this specific vehicle. When Exclusive applied for the loan they added $3000 in charges that they never mentioned ahead of time. Of course the loan was denied. After the fact, Exclusive's salesperson named Ayanna argued with me telling me I was aware of the additional charges which were never mentioned. I was required by *********** to put $2000 down on the specific vehicle (aforementioned), but Exclusive tried to get me financing for 0 cash down with *********** and other banks.
I was later informed that the $3000 was for a warranty that was required for every car purchase. I informed Ayanna that I had no interest what so ever in purchasing a $3000 warranty from them and she stated that they don't sell cars without the $3000 warranty. To force customers to purchase warranties whether they want it or not, sounds illegal to me, and at minimum unethical.
I'm only describing a small portion of my issues with this company. I wasted a huge amount of time dealing with these clowns.
Bottom line, PLEASE do not attempt to do business with these charlatans. If you do you will severely regret it. I would give .00001 stars if possible. Consider yourself warned.

We had to communicate online with a dealership many states away. We had a need to buy a car without test drive. Team at Exclusive was nothing but gracious and flexible. They did honestly walk around and gave us 100% honest opinion about the car they had for sale. Everything was disclosed. Delivery was set up by Exclusive and since driver was one day late, Exclusive was in communication with us every few hours. Overall exceptional experience.Review from Amber P

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima from here barley 2 months ago. Before I was able to make the first payment it was broke down. $13999, $17900 after financed that can't even be drove. It started running hot in week 2 of having it. I've taken it to the Nissan dealership twice to run a diagnostic and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. I took it to a 3rd place and found out It was a busted head gasket (for now) Which is going to cost another $4000. Hopefully not a crack in the heads. My husband has messaged and called and they want do nothing to fix the car or even care to help to try and fix it. This is bad business.
