Around the end of April I took my 2016 ford f150 to preston ford for a oil change and they did a tire rotation which I didn't ask for but there are the dealer so I didn't say anything then two days later I noticed my truck leaking oil and saw that they did not replace my oil cap so I took my truck back and ask them to fix there mistake and to re-torc my tires they said ok about the oil cap and that my tires didn't need to be re-torc yet several weeks later my tire almost feel of my hub was broke and my custom rems were ruined they took thirty days to tell me they could not find my rems and that they had only replaced my hub so I had to get them to tow my truck to another shop to get it fixed properly. They did pay for it but I lost alot of wages because I work with my truck but I did not complain or argue, this was in June of 2023. It's now November 2023 and my wheel started wobbling as I was driving down the highway I took my truck back to my mechanic and he told me that my hub was shot and that it did not look like a new hub ,but he could tell me if he took it off so I called preston ford and the service manager said ok we have a warranty on the hub and we can deliver it to your mechanic to do the work ,but they will not pay for an alignment or give me a loaner car while my truck gets fixed ,now I'm once again losing wages because I need my vehicle to get back and forth to work and my life was put in danger because of there incompetence.
