    On 2/3/22 I wanted to book a hotel in *******. I came to the website **************************************, from a ************* link for the ************** in *******, I started a reservation on the website, and after you start a reservation for this hotel, they ask for details and offer to choose rooms that are under different names with the same picture, we thought that all the rooms it offers are In the same hotel (the rooms he offered appear without a description of the hotel's location and it is difficult to understand that a room called ************ could be in another country, certainly when you are a tourist). Immediately after booking, we searched for the hotel address in order to drive there and I did not find these details in the booking confirmation they sent, when I searched on ****** I discovered that the hotel is in another country and we immediately tried to contact them by phone several times to change the booking to *******, but there was no response, so we immediately sent an email . It was already after midnight and we had to book another place to sleep. The next day we spoke to them and they apologized that they had a special reason for not being available by phone that night but they would charge 30% of the booking. ($130)

    Often we get visitors to our site and unfortunately, they don't read. All they do is look for the least expensive price.  It clearly states if you have questions to call or email. We respond within 24 hours.  We emailed this customer 3 times asking him to verify that he wanted to stay in ************, ** as the cost for ******* is not the same as ************, **. When he did not respond as we had already collected his money, we are obligated to set up his reservation. We did! Finally, he responded to our email and stated that he had made a mistake and wanted to go to *******. We told him that we could move his reservation but per our website, there is a 30% cancellation fee. As we are charged by ******** when we cancel.  We also communicated that we had tried to reach him for clarification several times before booking the reservation.  Because of him we now will not finalize any reservation before connecting to the client.  We also told him that ************ is not in another country just another state. And all the locations on the site include a map and address.  Again, if he was unfamiliar with the city names he could have just called. Unfortunately, the cost of running this service does not go away if you decide to cancel your finished reservation. We honor every reservation even those who swore out that we are a scam. We are just small business owners that own some properties and do not mind sharing the benefits with our patrons. Thank you for this opportunity to respond.
