On the date of September 19th 2022, I dropped off my 2011 ***** ** around 12pm to be serviced. I had an issue with the battery not holding a charge. My car was constantly dying and wanted diagnostic done to receive answers. I had dropped my car off around 12pm and called at 4:30 to receive an update on the vehicle. I arrived a little after 5:30 to pick up my vehicle. Upon pick up, the business manager, Patrick, went over the possible causes for the battery always losing the charge. He explained that the starting charging test done was saying the amplifier connected to my vehicle was drawing the most power and was most likely the answer. He disconnected it from the battery and said that should be the answer. If it isn't then we know it's something else. I'm completely disappointed with that service because I didn't want just one test done to guess for answers. The next day my car died again and leaving me in an unsafe situation. So I had no answers still. I paid around $75 for that test and didn't get an answer for the battery which was exactly why I dropped it off there. I needed an answer or a suggestion on a test that will help determine the problem. I went to the dealership the next day and he explained that the amp the mechanic(at S2) disconnected, should have been covered with electrical tape. I almost injured myself trying to show the dealership the part that was connected due to it starting a spark once it was dropped near the battery by accident. It was never explained that the cord could spark and that I should be especially careful with it. I called to explain my concerns on 9/21/22 at 10:53AM and was answered with excuses. Nothing was offered to me once it was explained I was unsatisfied with the service.
