    Crook. I will not go back there for dental work.

    I went to this location where I was going to have particular work done this was the understanding. My insurance covers it 100%. Once I got there they were already sending another patient to another dental location not affiliated with them and no referral. They immediately take x-rays that they tell you to take a picture of with your cell phone. Also, they will start to perform treatment that you may not want or need simply to charge your insurance company and then rush you out They lied to me and hurt my teeth even more just to make quick money from my insurance company. They do not care about you at all. I was told to email them for my x-rays and wait 48 hours instead 4 days later I received an email telling me to use the picture taken with my cell phone. If you need dental care do not go here. It will be a complete waste of time, money, and gas. You may walk away in more pain than when you arrived. When they take x-rays knowing they're not going to provide any work on you this may ruin your opportunity to have your x-rays covered again by your insurance and since they will not email you your x-rays you will be responsible to pay out-of-pocket to the next place you go. This is a horrible way to treat people. If you have had a poor experience with Rockville Family Dental Group **** ******* ****** ********* ** ***** report them to your insurance company, MD Department of Health h***********************… BBB Better Business Bureau *************************
