Constant texts from '"***" from MPH' offering to buy my home. I have no idea how "'***" from MPH' got my number. I keep reporting the spam, and somehow '"***" from MPH' keeps texting me. I have no intention of selling my home, much less to someone cold-texting me.Business Response

This is the third time I am asking MarketPro Homebuyers to STOP. I repeat STOP sending me mailings. I am not interested. Today I received mail at my home about them wanting to buy a house I own at *** ******** ****** NW. it’s truly sad that they won’t take NO for an answer. Marketpro is harassing me with bi monthly mail phone calls and advertisement to sell my home. If I wanted to sell my home I would, but would call a more reputable company who does not discriminate as they believe I am elderly. I am tired of the phone calls and continued letters.Business Response

MarketPro Homebuyers has been sending me unsolicited mailings and text messages to purchase my home. This has been going on for over a year despite me blocking their text messages and not responding to any of their unsolicited mailings. THEY NEED TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR MAILING LIST. Unless MarketPro Homebuyers stops this harassment immediately, I will have no alternative other than to seek legal advice/action.Business Response

I never contacted this company, or provided them any information. Not sure how they got my number or address (which isnt mine, was my parents) but they keep texting me about selling my home (which isnt mine). Dont know how they mined data to get my number, old address but not a business I would ever do business with based on this.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The phone number is not part of the public record. Name, address, sale etc is thanks to the government, but the phone number is not part of that record. Nor did I ever provide it to you. So do you try every phone number you find for a given name even if you know it may not be the right one? Like I said terrible business practice and gross if thats what you do.

I never opt'ed in for SMS marketing and have been receiving text messages from this company. This is a TCPA violation and subject to a $2,000 fine per text. As recently as today November 8, 2022 I have received several unsolicited texts from this company asking me to sell my home. This is not the first time. I have talked with their representatives and asked them to take me off their lists. Apparently that does not work.Business Response

MarketPro Homebuyers is one of many companies that send me unsolicited texts acting as if they know me and inquire about buying my home, listing my home address. To top it off, they give me the option to opt out of a predatory practice that I NEVER opted in for. I do not have a cell phone for the convenience of these companies to cold call/text me about services I do not want or need.Business Response
