Market Pros was the best solution for my husband and I to sell our home. We are seniors who had adult children and their children living with us through out the years. During the coronavirus pandemic we had two 1st grade grandchildren to home school. I add this because my adult children left a lot of things in the playroom as well as the basement that we didnt want to deal with. ******** was absolutely amazing to work with! The entire process was easy and hassle free. We would have been months trying to clean out everything that was in the house. We were able to leave behind the things we didnt need and Market Pros cleaned up everything. We received payment for our home quickly as well! Market Pros and ******** were exactly what we needed! We highly recommend!

MarketPro Homebuyers Came to Our Rescue My wife and I are retired and living on modest pensions. Our home, which we inherited from my mom many years ago, was much bigger than we needed and it cost a fortune in monthly utility bills, repairs, and property taxes. I inherited my moms house. My moms house needed a lot of work. I didnt have the financial resources to fix up the house. I called MarketPro Homebuyers. ***** offered a price that I agreed to. MarketPro made it easy. They removed what we left in the house. I found this service wonderful because it was stressful enough saying goodbye to my childhood home. It was a wonderful experience. False advertising and representation. They say they buy houses, any houses, however, they don't tell you that they try to sell the house to someone else for more money before they will close the deal with you. And, if they don't find a buyer for your house, they don't buy the house from you. Waste of home seller's time. Not to be trusted. *****! Rating is really no star.MarketPro Homebuyers

Our team appreciates your message as it provides us with an opportunity to make our business model more clear and understandable. We explain to our clients on every transaction our strategies for purchasing. We renovate and resell, we buy and rent out or we assign the contract to a contractor partner who will perform the actual renovations. Our company used to do all of the renovations however, it was too hard to manage and we were turning away clients. Using our current business model, we are now best able to assist our clients sell their homes quickly, easily without the stress often times posed by traditional home sale. We pay all closing costs, in as is condition, so no repairs necessary and pay all transfer costs. We also provide packing and moving services if applicable. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care. There are times we have a review period so we can do additional due diligence on title matters, construction costs and hoa if it applies. Our informed clients know most real estate transactions including traditional home sale options have a due diligence period as well. With MarketPro, we do not have any of financing contingencies. I am the Executor for an estate and needed to sell the home. The home needed a good deal of work, and I solicited the advice of a good realtor. My realtor helped me set expectations of what it would take to fix up the home for maximum sale price and the time it would take. I told him that I was thinking of using MarketPro Homebuyers. He estimated a price that he thought was fair for a cash buyer. I contacted MarketPro days later and I had an offer that was within $3K of what my realtor said was fair. Moreover, MarketPro said one of their key objectives was to make things easy and they would dispose of anything we left in the house. This was a valuable service in liquidating an estate asset. Additionally, it took several months to get my Letters of Administration approved by the Court so that I could sell the house. MarketPro updated their comparable market value houses and offered me almost $10K more because the market changed.The settlement process was simple and was conducted at MY home. MarketPro provided refunds of utility escrow/deposits in a timely way and even followed up several months later to make sure I had received all of the refunds that I expected.All of the people I dealt with at MarketPro were committed to making things as easy as possible for me and were both professional and likeable. I did not know what to expect going into this transaction; I can certainly say that it was a good experience. I highly recommend MarketPro!MarketPro Homebuyers

Our family was selling a house in one state and the owner was in another state. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. The staff at MarketPro Homebuyers were responsive in answering all questions we had. We were initially concerned about the logistics of paperwork and signage since the owner and the house were about 4.5 hours from each other. They sent someone from their office and all went fine.
