Ordered a floor mat from American Floor Mats on September 15, 2021. The price, including tax, was $161.10. They sent me an acknowledgement and said the mat would ship in 1-5 days. On October 9th, 2021 I sent them this email "Why does your website say that orders will ship within 5 days receipt? It's been 3 weeks, going on 4. Come on!" They responded on October 11th saying "I'm really sorry for the delay here. It appears like we're experiencing an unexpected short backorder on this item. I apologize that you were not notified as you are correct these normally ship in 1-5 days. Let me check when this will be available and I will follow up with you. Please let me know if you have any questions and we apologize for the inconvenience." I responded 'Better Business Bureau" and on October 12th they came back with "A full refund has been issued" but my charge account has not been credited as of today, October 18th. They seem to be scamming me. Please help!Business response

Full credit was issued to Customer on 10/12/21, the day the order was cancelled out per correspondence with Customer. Please see all the attached documentation from our internal system and Authorize.net, the credit card processor.Customer response
