              I purchased the table tennis table April 20,2021 brand new in box. Recently I noticed junks of the top started peeling up and chipping off. The warranty clearly covers the timeline in question but now the company is saying since it was purchased from an auction house the warranty is void. Based on the warranty I attached it clearly states the time is covered for one year from time of purchase. The company is clearly trying to avoid a warranty claim that is obvious and shows clear defects in their table. Thank you

              Disappointed with JOOLA - we bought a JOOLA table tennis table on Amazon during Black Friday at a steeply discounted price. It was supposed to be delivered on December 7th, but never arrived. I eventually was told that it was damaged in transit and would not be delivered, and that my only option is a refund as no replacements were availably since the item was out of stock. We have since ordered another JOOLA table on Amazon, but at a much higher price. Feels like we have been scammed by JOOLA. Not what I would expect from a company such as JOOLA. Disappointed with this poor service. All we wanted was a replacement at the same price we paid during Black Friday.
