    Date of service: March 25, 2022 Received Air duct cleaning ($558.00 in total) and Deck cleaning ($399.00) along with other services. I initially contacted the business ([email protected]) with some photos of the damaged wood (photos taken April 13) and air duct footage (photos taken a day after the service March 26, 2022), and received a phone call saying that manager will be calling me back. Gus ********* responded via email and stated that "it is also common for the deck to have mild feathering of the wood in some splintering can occur in areas where the wood is already aged." And he completely ignored about the fact that airduct being not cleaned and did not address it in the initial response email. This is not a some wood feathering. About 2/3 of the left lower rail part of the deck shows severe splinters on the wood as this cannot be easily resolved via sanding it down. So I responded back with more details and stating that this is not a usual wood condition that just got power washed. (I had three deck professionals around the town inspected the deck wood visually and they all concluded that the person cleaned the deck did not user proper pressure to clean the side railing of the deck) and I tried to come to an agreement and asked the business how would the team would resolve the above issues, but received no response (no calls) afterwards.
