Mike met me outside my home while it was still burning. Waited off to the side until the police and fire were done talking with me. Mike provided me with more info on what to expect and what needs to be done than anybody and provide the only sense of comfort in a chaotic situation. Both Mike and Will were very helpful and also gave some recommendations on other businesses that could help us with the next steps. Our house burned in the middle of the night, we got out uninjured but shaking in our underwear in the middle of a cold-snap. Platinum was there, while the house was still on fire, with multiple members of their team to make sure we had food, water, warm clothing and knew the next steps, contacting our insurance, the *** *****, public adjusters. We lost everything, identification, phones, wallets, keys. Platinum, specifically Will the owner, booked our hotel, gave us a working phone with data and checked in from time to time. If he even did 1/3 of what he did for our family we would be grateful, the phone itself was a literal lifeline to getting our medications and needs organized in the ensuing days. The board up job was immediate, before we even left the scene, platinum’s team was already measuring the plywood they would need to keep what was left of our house protected and accessible. I was scared when a business reaches out to you in person at your most vulnerable moment, when you have lost everything, it’s easy to be skeptical and I’m even sure I was rude, but every platinum member we interacted with was patient and compassionate.Platinum Emergency Services

They were there at my home shortly after firefighters arrived. They gently explained their services and it turned out to be very needed and helpful. They secured my home and drained all the water from my basement. And they put me in contact with other services that helped restore my home to normal, maybe even better. I would recommend them to anyone who's had a bad house fire or flooding. Their agents are good with people and are timely in answering questions.Platinum Emergency Services

The Platinum Emergency Service Company arrived shortly after 911 was activated & the Baltimore City Fire Department arrived. They explained who they were & what services they provided. Both men had business cards for me to keep. They helped to access ***** **** Insurance Company & File a claim. This company did walk throughs to every area & wiped room with chem sponges to check for soot. They also put Hepa filtration air machines on each floor. I have a history of asthma & visitors & a little puppy, who needed our air cleaned. Pictures were taken outside of damage & debris & pictures throughout my home, to ensure that ***** **** can see everything firsthand. They also, told me that the police was supposed to give me claim report number card. The company has cleaning companies for clothes & furniture that they will refer you to. They called ***** **** & we did a conference call to tell them that my roof shingles was loosened & aluminum siding had damage. ***** **** was able to approve a taupe covering to prevent further snow damage, because there is a snow storm warning within 24 hrs. Both men was courteous, kind & professional. Will, the owner of Platinum stayed on the scene. Aubrey took the claim report, & conferenced call with my daughter, ******** to tell her everything he was saying & doing to help me. I thank THE LORD JESUS CHRIST for my daughter, ********* who activated 911 & told me to get out & the house next door was on fire. My house was not the house that was on fire, and I did not know what to do. They knew everything to do & provided me with excellent service!Platinum Emergency Services

When I called him this morning to verify if a specific person worked with him he told me that his information was false. Platinum is a very honest company who boarded up my house and were on the insurance company list. We met this afternoon he asked if ******** helped me and made sure I had the right guidance with the next place to stay, In addition to offering me a place to stay due to my situation. We had an excellent experience with Platinum Emergency Services when dealing with a flooded basement. From the moment I called, they were prompt, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I had a fire today extremely in shock about the events that happened this morning. Aubrey with Platinum Emergency Services came to my house and checked on me and my family. He was very helpful guided me through the process of having a first-time fire. We got on the phone with the insurance company and they knew exactly who they were. Exceptional Service in a Time of Crisis We experienced a serious emergency in the early hours of November 10th, 2024, when we woke up to a heavy smell of smoke filling our home due to a malfunctioning pellet stove. The situation was overwhelming, with our home covered in soot and a strong odor of smoke lingering in the air. I called Platinum Emergency Services and within an hour, they arrived, ready to assist. Their team installed commercial HEPA filters immediately, providing us with much-needed relief from the smoke.
