      I bought a living room set in December ******************************************************************** my door and left I asked for help unboxing it but they didn't they didn't stay long enough for me to inspect the furniture when I put it together I noticed fabric coming apart on the love seat and the seat.on the left side is lose and not intact like the other side then they sent me the wrong color I ordered the lighter set not the darker set I called the store and the manager said I had to email their head quarters and I did the manager at head quarters said it's out of his hands I told him the damages were done before it arrived at my house but his delivery people left all I want is for them to replace my love seat and he's not cooperating with me

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Received your response on contacted you on February 8th and did not get a response also I contacted the manufacturer and the manager there saw the pictures of the  damaged furniture he said that he would send me out another love seat but it would be a different color because he no longer have that color I went to price ****** to see if it was possible for them to give me a love seat the same as the sofa and chair they told me to contact customer service so I'm contacting you so that my furniture can match also as a reminder when the delivery people came I told them I had surgery on my shoulder and arm and if they could help me open it and put it together they said no so I couldn't inspect the furniture they just threw it in my door almost turned my floor up and left

      The customer reached out to the factory for a replacement for which they agreed. Unfortunately the factory color is slightly different.

      We advised the customer to have the factory give a credit so we can make a replacement.

      She informed us she will do that.

      On 2/13/2023, I purchased a living room set from Price Busters and it began to tear. I contacted the protection plan company that I acquired when I purchased the living room set, but the company refused to repair my furniture. I was told that I needed to contactPrice Busterfor further assistance, and it hasn't been a year since I purchased the furniture.I have all of the necessary documentation, and I emailedPrice ******* but no one has contacted me. I filed a claim with the protection company as well with BBB and was assisted with getting a full refund with the protection company. Its not fair I spent money on these items and will not be accommodated. Please review all documents am sending over I been fighting this matter for months.

      This customer purchase her ******************** of February of 2023 she reported a rip in her sofa in August.

      Price Busters furniture does not offer and returns, exchanges , refunds or guarantees on any merchandise as it is displayed on the receipt in which the customer has received a copy.

      We do offer replacements and assistance on any merchandise damaged within 30days of the delivery her damages were reported months after.

      However we do offer a 5year warranty to through a third party company in which she purchased.

      When she reached out to our customer service we suggest she reach out to the warranty company directly.

      The warranty company have their own stipulations in which we have no control.

      Sincerely, this complaint was made back months ago with the third party company who advised me to contact price busters and the manufacturer company which I been having the run around regarding this matter the furniture should not have came apart so soon and if less then a year I purchased it. The manufacturer asked me contact praise ****** again because its under a year time frame

      As stated in previous response, customers contract states that *************************************** does not guarantee the products. Every item comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty, and the customer purchased a 3rd party protection plan, and with both of these 3rd party entities, Price Busters has no control over the resolutions they decide. We are happy to offer the customer a $150 store credit for this inconvenience, as we would like to satisfy this customer as much as we can and we value the experience of all of our customers. This store credit can be used at any location of the customers choice. They can email ********************************************************* to choose the location they would like to use this credit at. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: As I indicated in my previous communication, I contacted the manufacturer and was recommended to contact price ****** because I acquired the furniture less than a year ago and have been dealing with this matter for months. The manager indicated at the manufacturer store that price ****** is supposed to repair the furniture because it was less than a year old and I had the protection plan, which does not cover stitching coming apart. I have all of the necessary information, and the manager is prepared to help me with this situation because I am still within the one-year time range for which Price ****** is accountable. I will not allow you to try to persuade me with a ****** store credit when I paid ******* for a living set which stitching is coming apart with no damage done by the customer. This is unethical and unprofessional. I have all of my documentation, as well as the names and emails of everyone with whom I corresponded about this topic. BBB is involved in a further investigation, and a lawsuit will be launched with the cooperation of the manufacturer company as they stated numerous times it has been under a year and its on the store to fix this matter.

      The warranty the customer purchase is good for 5 years after your delivery date.

      If the warranty company is stating they do not cover the damages that is untrue.

      It  is a 5 year warranty from which you received your furniture.

      On the back of the receipt it list all policies and rules of Price busters.

      Please read  policy/rule #3 as it will be attached.

      I am rejecting this response because: A complaint was made towards the furniture company as well and they refunded a percentage of the money because they do not cover that situation my documents was sent BBB as well regarding the warranty company. Contact them they does not cover that stitching is coming apart. It is on Price Busters. Price Busters sells the warranty and do not explain certain things is covered. False advertisement.

      We went into the store on 3/14/23 and picked out a teal green/gray furniture piece. When we were completing the paperwork, I asked the lady repeatedly if it would be the correct piece since we had looked at several. She assured us it would be. It was also supposed to be new. When the furniture was delivered on 3/16/23, we quickly realized that it was not the piece that we had picked out, it is the wrong color, and it is used and damaged. We called the store and was given an email to contact. I sent pictures of the wrong furniture, and the damage. I received a response stating that the piece shown on my receipt only comes in one color. I respnded and stated that it was not what we were shown and even mentioned that it was possible that the wrong piece was ordered. I have not received a response from the gentleman, Allen *****, since that last response about the color last thursday. I have repeatedly asked that they come retrieve this furniture as it is not what we were told we would be receiving, and it is damaged. No response. I went back to the store last night and spoke with a lady and we came to teh realization that the wrong piece had been ordered, and that she was going to reach out to customer service to explain that herself, and that I should hear from someone today. I still haven't received any communication via email or phone in regards to getting this resolved. We either want the correct new piece to be delivered in a timely manner, or we want our money back. This is not what we picked out. It is used, dirty, and damaged and it smells. I want this furniture out of my house, and either the new furniture delivered, or I want my money back and I will take my business elsewhere.

      I have purchased 4 bed and 3 dressers from this company. I couldn't fit the one of the beds in my new home cause I had no more space so I ask to cancel the bed before it was even delivered. They told me at first i couldnt cancel it because it was a special bed and they cant, i ask for credit to my acoount they stated they can only give me 50% of what i paid for the bed. Remind you I never received the bed. Second one of the dressers i received was damaged and now they saying they not going to replace it they'll give me store credit
