    Horrible 3 hour wait for adjustments. Never got denture right 5 months unable to chew food. Used term b.s. to describe their appointment times ask to leave and take my money back. They took the teeth back and I lost alot of travel time and money for nothing. Do not use them they are unable to get it right and treat you like cattle.

    The service is terrible had a appointment and still was not seen for 2hrs had to come back that evening and waited for another 2 hrs. After getting the partial that evening could not wear them because they were rubbing on my husband gums. Came back the next day to get them fix arrive at 11 and was still waiting in the waiting room after 5. Such terrible service. The girl that filled in for the front desk lady was nice. She did her best to get us in early but they kept moving us to the end. It made us feel like because we had already paid our money we were not important. I really don't even want to give the 1 star.

    They did not give a proper fit on a lower plate and I paid a lot of money at a oral surgeons office and have two implants. I have tried numerous times and now the dentist that did my work is no longer there. I have called headquarters several times and they do not return my calls. I can't even wear my plate or eat regular food because I have a horrible sore where the plate rubs. I had to suffer through pain at my son's wedding and it's not fair. I have a four year warranty and have no way to get it honored.
