    Chesapeake Heating & Air LLC installed a new heat pump system at the cost of $4800.00 on May 26, 2021. I started having problems on November 1, 2021. Called on Nov.1 and spoke with Joe, he said they were busy today he would call and set up a date/time later that day - never happened even waited for the rest of the week and no call. On Saturday and Sunday, November 6 and 7 I was awaken by a loud noise and the house was cold so I turned the unit off. When I returned from church on the 7th I turned it back on the noise was gone and it put a little heat out. Unit stayed on Sunday and late Sunday night early Monday morning 11/8 I was awaken again with a loud noise and a cold house. I turned the unit off again at 7:30 a.m. on 11/8/21. I called Joe's number 443-******** no answer, Left a message saying the unit was making a loud noise on Saturday and Sunday night. Called on 11/16/21 left message 410-******** no call back. Called on 11/17/21 as I dialed 410-******** Joe was calling, I told him what was going on, Joe said he would send someone out on Thursday 11/18/21 no one showed up and no phone call. Friday 11/19/21 I called ******* customer service and talked with Judy and told her my situation. Judy asked for the serial number of unit (the unit is *******) informed me the unit was purchased from RE Michel she gave me two different companies that work on this unit. ********** out of Virginia. I talked to them Friday afternoon. I also called *********************** but didn't get an answer. ******* from ***** took my information and said they would let me know when they could come from **********. Saturday morning Mr. ***** called asked what was going on I told him. Mr. ***** checked things out on Sunday and discovered the wrong wiring, no heat in unit. ***** rewired everything. ***** charged 850.00. I should get a total refunded for both amounts due to lack of response on a new unit they installed improperly and for not making an effort to fix the issue.
