    I live 30 miles away from this repair center. 2PM and my car was overheating. I stopped in because the local Advance Auto recommended this repair place. I was informed this late in the day and being a small repair center it would be hard to look at and diagnose my issue by days end. They did have a full lot and phone was ringing the whole time I was there. I had no one that could get me by their closing time. The 2 guys in the front office stayed after business hours, several hours after closing to put a thermostat and belt on my vehicle. I firmly believe our Lord will bless these folks. Proverbs 19:17 – Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done. *** *****

    My car was not changing gears properly. I drove it to the shop before business hours. I later learned that they do not accept my extended warranty and had to get it towed to another shop. It was drivable, but I knew the transmission was about to go at any moment so I had it towed. The car was diagnosed with transmission issues. They answered all of my questions. I didn’t feeling like I was being rushed off the phone or in person. The customer service at this place was amazing from start to finish. I really wish they took my extended warranty. I would definitely go back to have work done on my car. I will get the warranty they accept.

    Replacement parts were faulty and caught fire and left my family on the side of the road and cost me over 1000 dollars for towing

    The customer was traveling from North Carolina to Maryland when he was in need of service so he came to our shop. The customer has an extended warranty policy. The extended warranty policy would only cover a used differential so when the customer agreed, we installed it. The customer left satisfied with our work and went home. Two months and 4,000 miles later, the used part failed. The customer's used part was covered under warranty and replaced at the shop of his choosing in North Carolina. The customer had a $1,000 tow bill that was not covered under the extended warranty.
