I brought my vehicle into Far East Motors multiple times from the month of January up until March when it was inoperable. it started off with the engine light coming on and when I brought it in a ***** code was diagnosed by the machine and I was told it was a cylinder 5 issue. A leak-down test was performed, cleaning was done to my engine a few parts were replaced I would get my car back and the engine light would come back on. It didn't start up on me 2 times I had to get it towed. The second time it was towed I was told they would cover it, I even spoke to **** the owner who told me he would look into submitting the claim himself for reimbursement from the warranty company. He didn't and I was stuck with a bill that I can't even submit myself after ******** told me I can submit a claim. I was given false information. I spent $2,364.97, which doesn't even include what the warranty company paid. The warranty company paid them $4037.48, with that being said false expectations of when the job was going to be completed were given as well as not doing a thorough job. When I got my car after a MONTH of it being in the shop a pipe was not secured and i had coolant liquid leaking and overheating my car, on top of finding a loose s**** under my hood. They are unprofessional, and I don't recommend their services at all.
