I bought a brand new 2023 VW **** from this establishment on 5/4/23. In August my screen completely blacked out on a Friday, then on Sunday it randomly came back on. I took my car to the dealership on that Monday and they advised that the control panel needed to be changed. I asked them how is this possible and its a brand new car and that I was scared that they sold me a lemon. They advised that it was something that happens regularly and that they would order the parts. I would call every so often to get an update because they were not communicative. Finally, the week of 10/16 they called and advised the parts was there. When I purchased my car I got a package that would fix scratches and dents on my car. They advised in August that they would submit the claim as a 3rd party handles it. So when they called me the week of 10/16 to let me know the parts for the control system came in, I asked if I could get both the scratches and control panel fixed at the same time. Only to find out the claim was never submitted. Someone called me on 10/20 and advised that she emailed me and that she needed me to reply to the email and send a picture of the scratches. I replied to the email instantly, she then calls me on 10/24 saying that they are going to close the claim bc I never sent the pics. I advised I did and that I would resend them right away. I asked if she would check her email while I’m on the phone and she advised she would call me when she received it and it is now 10/26 no call. Also back in August I brought my car there to get a detail which is included in one the packages that I purchased. They did not detail my car just ran it through the car wash. I advised the service manager of this and he did confirm that the car was not detailed. I believe I was sold a lemon and I would like to exchange my car. I should not be having these type of issues with a brand new car. Everything was communicated verbally with them and no paperwork was provided after the service

12/23/21 Placed a deposit for a new ***** SUV. I was told it could take a while to come in. I checked in periodically for the next 7 plus months inquiring where car status was. No good updates then everything went silent. I proceeded about my life. My existing car broke down a few weeks ago prompting me to need a car. I of course decided to inquire about the one I ordered. My calls were not returned nor emails. I went to the dealership in person then. I sent all records to the new sales manager. I was promised a resolution but have not heard anything back in over a week since the visit I made. I want my deposit refunded in the amount of $500 plus interest considerations.
