    Salams is a ****** marriage/dating app. It can be used for free but you get extra features if you pay as a subscriber. Although I have been a paying user, the app logged me out since 26 January 2023 till present and has not allowed me to log back in. The error is when logging in, the app instantly says it cannot send me the unique one time security code to log in. Initially I emailed them numerous times but they ignored me. It was only until I threated to file a complaint with you, the Federal Trade Commission, and the US Federal Trade Commission Consumer Fraud Department that they began replying. Yet in spite of repeated promises to fix the issue, its still not resolved and they have returned to not replying to me. I have sent them over 20 emails in total. The resolution I seek is to be able to log in and continue using the app. The subscription is approx. $70 per month. I have attached the latest email I sent them, which shows the entire email thread/chain.

    On June 24th I registered for an annual subscription through the ****** App, (Parent company Minder Apps, Inc) throughout the 3 months of using the app I was shadow banned multiple times and ultimately this morning I was permanently banned off of the app. After contacting the customer service department via email I was told that my profile picture and selfie did not match despite the fact that I have been using the app for 3 months up to this point. Why permanently ban a user when you can simply ask them to rectify the issue with their profile picture and selfie? Furthermore, they made it clear that I will not be unbanned from the app. This app has banned its users for baseless reasons and continues to retain their annual subscription fees.
