Guests can touch up on any area serviced within 5 calendar days from the initial service date.
Wax Pass: Full refund minus full price for any visits already used if under 30 days. After 30 days there is a $25 cancellation fee in addition to the previous. Transfers can be made from one service to another. Customer will be charged full price for the visits already used, and apply any remaining balance to a new package. Wax passes cannot be transferred from one person to another.
All products must be returned within 30 days. Products Return Unopened, with receipt: full refund by original form of payment; Unopened without a receipt: Full refund in the form of a store credit; Opened, with a receipt: No refund; Opened, without a receipt: No refund; Opened, with/without a receipt, has irritation: discretion of the manager
