On June 7, 2022 I went into the office where ***** and one of the maintenance men were seated. I asked her a status update on the 2 parts we needed in order to have air this summer. This has been a problem weve been having for a little over a month from once it first started to get hot. ***** was very dismissive and nonchalant which she has been the entire time. She made it clear she didnt have an update to give me because she didnt know herself. And I in turn asked her she cant ask the manufacturer or the seller for a update on when we may possibly get it in. I explained to her that as a tenant I would like it if I was at least given an update its been over 2 weeks. She also has had my house key as well, since she claims they dont have a key to my unit but that is not true maintenance has come in the unit numerous times without our knowledge. I made it clear to ***** that I have always been kind and respectful to her so I dont appreciate her dismissive manner or her tone. She was making faces, frowning it up and rolling her neck around, flinging her hands around. Which was very unnecessary and rude. ***** has air as well as the maintenance men who reside here. I have an asthmatic child who suffers from allergies as well. I have made that clear time and time again. In the winter and fall months we also didnt have heat they were back and forth saying we needed this and that until they sent in a professional but unfortunately we never had heat. We have 2 space heaters that say The ******* and that is what we used to heat the unit all winter. Here we are in Spring and we have no air or no update on when we may or may not get air. Maintenance told me they dont have any fans or anything that can accommodate us. Also the maintenance men have made it clear to us that they arent HVAC specialists so the chances of it being installed in incorrectly in my opinion are sky high. Management and maintenance are never on the same page so we get two different set of lies.
