    This optical does not communicate, nor just to give an update for what you'd purchased. I have called them every now and then and they will just give me false information about the status of my order. I just got off the phone spoke with Marlin, she told me that it will take 14-20 days. I was told by Lewis that it will take 14 days for my glasses. Tomorow June 22nd will be the 14th business days. I was then requesting to cancel my order but the representative I spoke with she said that she cannot cancel my order only Lewis can modify the order. Please do not do any business with this company. They are not good company. Very bad customer service.
