My car which my elderly, handicapped mother drives was towed from her parking spot in front of her condo. Diamond claims the sticker was not in the windshield when it was towed. The driver for Diamond was spotted opening the back driver-side door, unlocking the driver door, entering her car, and taking the hanging sticker down from her mirror. He then took a photo of the car before towing it to Diamond's lot. This has not been the first complaint about Diamond drivers committing such violations in our community. Upon arrival to pick up the car, my mother wanted to view the picture that was taken of the stickerless vehicle as she routinely displays the sticker in the window, for the last 7 years of being in this neighborhood. The young lady that was taking the fee charged was very rude, even after I explained our concern. She refused to give us a mangers name to discuss further, claiming my mother and I were rude to her, which was a lie. I tried explaining to her that my mom's rear door malfunctions which is the only way the driver was able to commit such a heinous offense. I paid the fee to quickly remove my mother from any further abuse however I believe that the actions of Diamond's driver were illegal and both employees were very unprofessional and tremendously rude.
