"I purchased a passenger side mirror for my vehicle, unfortunately I needed the mirror that required connecting connectors,purchased sept 14th,2024 so I had 30 days to return the mirror Oct 14th,2024 called to ask for a return label, after I read the refund policy, I pay for the return shipping/ handling 20% restocking fee, I was good with that, the lady I spoke to said they changed the refund policy, she said break the mirror and send them a picture of the broken mirror, and I would not have to pay restocking fee or shipping and handling, I requested the new refund policy be sent to my email so I could read it myself 2hrs later still nothing in my email from her, so I called her back, said she was emailing me right then, hung up on her, don't understand why they would want me to break a perfectly good mirror, never heard of such, because she said after they get the picture of the broken mirror I would receive a full refund"
