    This practice is horrible! They do not care about their patients and when you write a complaint on their Facebook page because they won't return your emails or phone calls they remove the negative comments and only post positive comments. BEWARE!

    I was a patient of Dr. ***** and he seemed nice and knowledgeable but once I paid for the appliance he suggested I needed he said he could not help me anymore.

    Also the office staff are horrific. Not only is it impossible to get in touch with anyone but the wait time for appointments was ridiculously long. So if you don't have an hour or more to wait around you might want to choose another practice. On the off chance I have been able to call and actually speak to a human on the phone and not leave multiple messages, I was told that "there is nothing more Dr. ***** could do for me."

    In addition to the lack of care or concern from office staff to even return phone calls or emails, I have yet to hear from Dr. ***** who has not called to see how I am, follow up with the problems I have been having, or reached out with some ideas for additional treatment options It seems that once they get your money for the appliance that doesn't work they are done with you.
