I worked with Craig for just about two years - The first 6 months went great while we were figuring out how to consolidate many of my accounts. After everything was consolidated and there was a way for their team to extract fees, I only heard from Craig when I emailed him questions. In fact, I never received the majority of services promised:
- Regular Check-Ins (They use some automated service to ask if you want to take risks in your investments)
- Quarterly Reviews
- Check-ins to ensure clients are saving in 401k and for future
Craig is a nice guy and easy to chat with but really that last person you want managing your assets and future.
After Craig and I agreed that I did not receive the majority of services offered, I requested 50% refund of the fees I paid on year 2. His response was:
"We are not able to reverse fees on client accounts. I wish you the best of luck in the future."
