    We ordered this product on June 1st 2023 yet we have received nothing. It is nearly impossible to reach them. They almost never answer a call (VM is full) and they don't respond to email. We did get a hold of someone on two occasions and they said they would take care of this but no resolve has happened. It's been six months so there is no excuse as to why this has not been resolved. Please help. Thank You.

    I ordered 9/24 for the amount of $137.95 they received my order and took the money immediately then never sent my order, didn’t respond to any of my attempts to reach them via text, calls or emails. After waiting for a month I decided to contact my credit card company and do a charge back because clearly I was never getting anything sent after a month with no explanation or response. After doing the charge back this business had the audacity to LIE and claim they sent me the products and took the money out again!!! So now I have to write and affidavit that they did not ever send me anything! I never got any emails of any shipping confirmations no tracking and certainly no package ever showed up in my locked mailbox. This is disgusting abhorrent behavior from a business! Unbelievable

    Placed an order 9/25/25 totalling $247.93. Received e-mail 9/26 stating that order was being processed. As of today, order has not been received. Tried calling multiple times without being able to reach anyone.....calls just end after 2 rings. Tried texting twice but received no response. I love the product but now I would like a refund. I am done with this company.

    I ordered from CBD Supply MD on September 3rd and received an email confirming my order. I have emailed and texted customer support asking to cancel my order for the past two weeks as I've received nothing regarding why my order is taking so long. It has now been a month and I have received no response from the emails or text messages. I have gotten notifications that my texts to customer support are being deleted. I don't want the product any more. I just want my order to be cancelled and to get my money back. My order number is *******

    Placed order #***** on October 1, 2023. Item hasn't been shipped to me. The phone number provided has a voice mail box that is full, they don't reply to texts or emails. The money was deducted from my checking account.

    I placed an online order with this company on September 30th, 2023 and did not receive the product I ordered. I attempted to contact them with the information provided including text message, phone call, and email.

    I placed an order with them and they never sent me my order. I have called numerous times and their phone isn’t excepting messages. I have texted many times and even emailed. They still have not contacted me. It’s been iver a month since I have placed my order.

    On 9/9/23 I placed an order with the company.On 9/12/23 I received an email that payment was secured,from my credit card.I have not received and shipment,cannot get an answer when I call the number provided.I have emailed,still no reply.My credit card has been charged,but did not get shipment.

    I placed an on line order for 2 Koi Delta 8 gummies order #*****,and gave my credit card information.On the posted date,September 1,it processed through payment on my card for 76.50.As of today,October 4,I have not received any delivery nor am I able to contact the business with the number they provided 443-848-0936.No one answers the phone and the message says the mail box is full.I would like to either receive the product ordered,or be refunded the money.

    Order #***** Very long story short…. Ordered product from them on August 29th. Several days passed and received no updates. Contacted them via text message at the number that they provided in email invoice. Was told they were out of stock and given an apology. No other information given. 3 weeks of me asking them what was going on and either being ignored or given the same generic response and excuse that they gave me before. Finally asked for refund and received a partial refund of $60 for some reason. I paid $67.95. I have sent multiple text messages over the course of a week inquiring about refund issue and have been ignored every time. CBD Supply owes me $7.95 and refuses to not only refund, but, won’t even ACKNOWLEDGE me. $7.95 isn’t a lot of money, but, this is what I am owed, especially after all of the BS they put me through for 3 weeks. Buyer beware!!!
