    On Aug 25, 2023, ***************************** gave me $14K ballpark estimate and scope of work for kitchen renovation: new cabinets; backsplash; coffee station/pantry; new floors; framing around window; recessed lights; install appliances; bulkhead removal; demolish the kitchen; plumbing & electrical. Estimated completion by ending of Oct. On Aug 30, ************** emailed a quote lacking detail for $16K project, requested terms for $1K deposit was missing. The revised quote without tiled floor ($14K) was still missing items for scope of work discussed, to which ************** verbally assured the coffee station and backsplash are included. Same day, ************** texted the quality of cabinets he will purchase, is better quality than ****. On Sept 12th, ************** texted 5 pictures, stating he found wood kitchen cabinets. Two of those pictures were the cabinet doors with one of the 2 showing ***** cabinetry. After researching **** online, I texted about the ******** Gray but said I'll go with the white. On Oct 19th, I discovered the cabinets *** ***** delivered to my home were substandard and not the **** cabinets he presented. After back-and-forth, *** ***** agreed to get the **** cabinets. Between Oct 19th & 21st, there was a problem new vinyl floor being installed over dirt, dust, and the debris from demolition was still in kitchen. *** ***** tried to intimidate me by threatening to cancel the project because I asked the floor installer about whether he had to wait for vinyl glue to get tacky. *** ***** may be licensed but his subcontractor wasn't. Work on the floor stopped Oct 21st and still not completed. *** ***** roughly painted the partially repaired drywall this week, with no other work done. On Nov 2, *** ***** threatened to cancel work on the project again and implied he will deliver **** cabinets on Nov 6th, without returning my $11,500. I do not have a kitchen. *** ***** has demonstrated unfair and deceptive business practices and taking advantage of a female consumer.

    This customer/client 

    Is playing victim. my company has been nothing but professional.

    The complaint clearly contradicts the real issue. The real issue is this client wants free service add ons to her kitchen. My quote clearly states 

    "My design" . I made my adjustment until she has become so unbearable.

    Yelling and using profanity.

    Now moving the finish line daily.

    Holding the free add ons over my head.

    At this point 

    I can't trust her. For my safety and sanity.
