***** broke my little tree. You could tell it had a beautiful shape. They broke the main Stem and two dominant branches off. ***** placed the box upside down on the trees, head on my porch and took a picture of it! The tree company immediately gave me credit for the whole tree, so I can buy another one.. Ive bought several trees from this company and they are in great shape and doing beautifully, this is the only problem *** ever had and they took care of it, the very next day. I would order from this company again in a heartbeat! Love this company.

I was very impressed how well my shrub was packed . A beautiful specimen. Its sitting in the shade until I can gradually move it into the sun and plant . Its been so hot in the high 90s.. Hoping to get it in the ground when its a little cooler by the end of the week .

Purchased 36 Thuja trees with warranty to use as a windbreak, tended them carefully, only to have every single one of them die...received a credit to purchase more plants. I didn't see any point in purchasing the same trees again, since I'd completely lost faith in the quality. I wanted to use the same holes that we took the time to measure and dig, so we settled on using Boxwoods (purchasing yet another warranty). We pulled out all of the dead Thujas, planted the Boxwoods, only for over half of them to look awful by the spring (I'm not a novice gardener, and took very attentive care of these plants). They credited only 9 of the plants. At this point, I'm sick of wasting my time planting and caring for these plants only to have them die out. I wanted to pull them all and give up on a windbreak. Again, stuck with a credit so purchased 7 Barberries to extend a section of plants that we had no real intention of extending, but again, we have to use up this credit. We PURCHASED THE WARRANTY AGAIN. Planted them, and less than 3 months later 5 of the 7 are dead/dying. I'm so discouraged and sick of the quality of plants from The Tree Center at this point. I politely take my photographs and send them in, showing their poor shape, alongside the healthy plants planted last year, purchased from another company. It isn't me, it's the plants from The Tree Center. I receive the following reply from them: "Following a thorough internal examination of your account activity, we must inform you that no further claims of yours will be processed. Furthermore, any forthcoming orders stand prohibited and will be subject to cancellation. Our assessment indicates a lack of good faith in the submission of warranty claims, leading us to the conclusion that it is necessary to terminate our business relationship with you, as it appears there may be an attempt to engage in abuse of our warranty program." They won't honor their warranty and accused me of dishonesty. Sickened by this!

A low rating due to shipping. See review. Barberry was well packaged and still moist upon receipt, although the plants were very wilted with curling dry leaves. I have protected them from our very hot weather since receipt, but they have continued to lose leaves and even dry, dead branches have fallen off. I think they travelled in a non-air conditioned vehicle and they basically fried. Not the sellers fault, but I hope they will make this right with me as 4/6 of the barberry plants are a lost cause!

Packing was exceptional! Recycling the cardboard. ************* ties not recyclable down here. Trees are chilling in their pots to acclimate to the Texas hellscape. Planting on the weekend! ???? Btw, the crepe ****** is doing well!
