    On October 9, I brought my vehicle to this car wash for an exterior only wash. I drove up to the car wash tunnel and exited my vehicle. The attendant got in and drove my car to the conveyorized tunnel. After the car wash, an attendant drove my car to the drying off location. I watched as many attendants began to dry my car off. As I walked closer to the rear of my vehicle, I notice my rear wiper arm and blade was gone. It had been ripped/torn off. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. He told me they are not responsible for any damage done to the car and people yell at him about damaging their cars all the time. I asked to speak to the owner. The manager told me Moses (owner's name given to me) was not there and I can leave my name and phone number inside with the cashier. I spoke with the cashier, Kiara, and she gave me a post-it to write my name, phone number and what happened to my vehicle. I asked her when Moses would be there. She stated, "He was here yesterday. I think he is on vacation in Jerusalem and will return next week (???). I took pictures on my vehicle while parked at the car wash and took a picture of my note. It is now October 24, and I have not heard from anyone. Every time I call, I am told Moses is not there and he may come in on Wednesday or Friday. Last week when I called, I was told Moses has my contact information; however, I have not received a phone call. To replace my rear windshield wiper and arm and blade cost me $90 (I have receipts) and I want to be reimbursed for the damage caused by Mr. Clean Carwash.

    I was at Mr. Clean car wash two weeks ago to have my vehicle detailed in Waldorf, MD. I was taking a road trip. It was at the close of business and I was the only vehicle there. I was directed to take the sheet that I was given to the receptionist and that I could wait inside until my vehicle was ready. Once my vehicle was ready I left. When I reached my destination and started unpacking my trunk I realized that items were missing from my trunk. The items included a red tote, a pair of grey UGGS and a black leather jacket. I was totally shocked, I had used this car wash in the pass with no problems. I immediately called the establishment and was informed by the receptionist that they are not responsible for items left in your vehicle. I explained to her that I could understand their policy if these items were in plain sight, but these items were in the trunk of my vehicle and had absolutely nothing to do with the detailing of my vehicle. She became very rude so I ended the conversation.  I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance in this matter.
